“according to the latest chapter of MF Ghost which just released, Takumi left Japan when he was 20. He went to the UK to participate in the British National Rally Championship, working with Toyota (the chapter does not specify what he drives so don’t ask.) He is revealed to have a weakness on gravel but excels on tarmac, where his legendary strength is on display for the world. He’s known for dramatically overspeeding to the point of catching air in many races. During a course test on his third year, his driveshaft breaks and he goes off course, ending up at the bottom of the valley. He suffers severe injuries and spends a long time in recovery . The accident forces him into retirement from competitive driving, but he stays close to the sport. He is now a teacher and mentor, and gives lectures at racing schools. MF Ghost takes place ten years after the accident.”
